using cow milk and white vinegar. Use milk direct from the cow not mcenge milk. This cheese is from 2L of milk.
Ingredients... 1L milk and half a cup white vinegar
Method...
Luke warm up your milk, once it is luke warm, remove the pot from the stove and using a tablespoon start pouring your vinegar and stirring until you see a whey and milk becomes like Maas, then put a clean cloth on a strainer and pour your whey. Using the cloth squeeze the white liquid out of your cheese and in a bowl with chilled water put your cheese, it will start to feel firmer after a minute or so, in a bowl with hot water with salt put your cheese to increase its elasticity for about 2 minutes, stretching it until you reach your desired stretch of the cheese and use a plastic to cover it. Refrigerate for 2 hours minimum and your cheese is ready
