Craving a tropical escape? Transport yourself to a sunny paradise with these delicious Pina Colada Bars! 
Indulge in the sweet flavors of pineapple and coconut in every bite.
Ingredients:
• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
• 1 can (14 ounces) sweetened condensed milk
• 1 cup shredded coconut
• 1 cup crushed pineapple, drained
• 1/2 cup pineapple juice
• 2 tablespoons coconut rum
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking pan with parchment paper.
. In a bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan to create a crust.
. In another bowl, mix sweetened condensed milk, shredded coconut, crushed pineapple, pineapple juice, coconut rum, vanilla extract, and salt.
. Pour the coconut mixture over the crust, spreading it evenly.
. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.
. Allow the bars to cool completely before cutting them into squares.
