Creamy Garlic Butter Parmesan Chicken

Ingredients:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Salt and pepper, to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Fresh parsley, chopped, for garnish

Directions:

Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chicken and cook until golden and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes per side. Remove chicken and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for a minute until fragrant.
Pour in heavy cream and chicken broth. Bring to a simmer.
Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until it melts into the sauce.
Add butter, Italian seasoning, and paprika. Stir until butter is melted and the sauce is uniform.
Return chicken to the skillet and simmer in the sauce for a couple of minutes.
Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
