Decadent Gluten-Free Chocolate Indulgence
Ingredients:
- 1 cup sugar-free chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 3/4 cup erythritol or sweetener of choice
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Directions:
1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a cake pan.
2. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the almond butter and chocolate chips together, stirring until smooth.
3. In a separate bowl, whisk together cocoa powder, erythritol, eggs, vanilla extract, baking soda, and salt.
4. Add the melted almond butter and chocolate mixture to the cocoa mixture, stirring until well combined.
5. Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with a few moist crumbs.
7. Let it cool completely before slicing.
