Indulge in the perfect combination of creamy cheesecake and rich chocolatey brownies with these heavenly Cheesecake Brownies! 

Ingredients:
• 1 cup (225g) unsalted butter
• 1 and 1/2 cups (300g) granulated sugar
• 4 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 1 cup (120g) all-purpose flour
• 1/4 teaspoon salt
• 8 oz (225g) cream cheese, softened
• 1/3 cup (65g) granulated sugar
• 1 large egg yolk
• 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions:
. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9x13 inch baking pan and set aside.
. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the butter and chopped chocolate in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth. Let it cool slightly.
. In a separate bowl, whisk together the granulated sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until well combined.
. Gradually pour the melted chocolate mixture into the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
. Fold in the flour and salt until just combined. Do not overmix.
. In another bowl, beat the softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, egg yolk, and vanilla extract until smooth.
. Spread half of the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan. Then, spoon dollops of the cheesecake mixture on top.
. Pour the remaining brownie batter over the cheesecake mixture and use a knife to swirl the two together.
. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs.
. Allow the cheesecake brownies to cool completely in the pan before slicing into squares.
