Ingredients:
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup crushed graham crackers
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips
1 cup white chocolate, melted for coating
1/4 cup sprinkles or crushed graham crackers for decoration
Directions:
Mix Cheesecake Base: In a large bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth and creamy.
Add Crunch: Fold in the crushed graham crackers and mini chocolate chips until well incorporated.
Form Balls: Using a small cookie scoop or a spoon, form the mixture into small balls, about 1-inch in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour to set.
Coat in Chocolate: Once the cheesecake balls have set, dip each one into the melted white chocolate, ensuring a uniform coating. Let the excess chocolate drip off before placing them back on the parchment paper.
