2 cups graham cracker crumbs

cup unsalted butter, melted

16 oz cream cheese, softened

1 cup powdered sugar

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup orange juice

1 tbsp orange zest

1 cup heavy cream

Orange food coloring (optional)

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Mix well and press into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan.

In a separate mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar and vanilla extract, and beat until well combined.

Add orange juice and orange zest to the cream cheese mixture, and beat until well combined.

In another mixing bowl, beat the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until fully combined.

If desired, add a few drops of orange food coloring to the mixture for a brighter color.

Pour the mixture into the prepared crust and smooth out the top.

Refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight, until set.

Once set, slice and serve chilled. Enjoy!
