Three Chocolate Cake is a decadent dessert that combines layers of dark chocolate, milk chocolate, and white chocolate on a crunchy base. Here is a simple recipe to prepare it:
Ingredients
For the base:
For the chocolate layers:
• 150 g of dark chocolate
• 150 g of milk chocolate
• 150 g of white chocolate
• 600 ml of whipping cream (200 ml for each chocolate)
• 600 ml of milk (200 ml for each chocolate)
• 3 sachets of curd powder (one for each chocolate)
Instructions
1. Prepare the base:
• Crush the cookies until they are well ground.
• Mix the crushed cookies with the melted butter.
• Press the mixture into the bottom of a springform pan to form the base.
• Refrigerate while you prepare the chocolate layers.
2. Prepare the dark chocolate layer:
• Heat 200 ml of cream and 200 ml of milk in a saucepan without letting it boil.
• Add the chopped dark chocolate and mix until completely melted.
• Dissolve a sachet of curd powder in some cold milk and add it to the mixture.
• Heat the mixture until it thickens, without letting it boil.
• Pour over the cookie base and refrigerate until firm.
3. Repeat for the milk chocolate and white chocolate layers:
• Repeat the process used for the dark chocolate layer with the milk chocolate and then the white chocolate, making sure each layer is firm before adding the next.
4. Cooling:
• Once all the layers are added, refrigerate the cake for at least 4 hours, or better yet, overnight.
5. Serve:
• Before serving, you can decorate the cake with chocolate shavings, fruits or simply leave it as is to enjoy the different layers of chocolate.
