Cookies and Cream Puppy Chow
Oreo Muddy Buddies
Ingredients:
6 cups Rice Chex cereal (162 g)
32 Oreo cookies, half finely chopped, half quartered
¾ cup confectioners' sugar (94 g)
Directions:
Place the chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl. Heat in the microwave in 20-second increments, stirring between each, until the chocolate is fully melted and smooth.
In a large bowl, combine the Rice Chex cereal and finely chopped Oreos.
Pour the melted chocolate over the cereal and cookies, gently stirring until the cereal pieces are evenly coated.
Transfer the chocolate-coated mixture to a large sealable plastic bag. Add the confectioners' sugar, seal the bag, and shake well until all pieces are coated in sugar.
Open the bag, add the quartered Oreos, reseal, and gently shake to mix.
Spread the puppy chow out on a large sheet of parchment or waxed paper to cool and let the chocolate set.
