Let's add egg and powdered sugar to a suitable kneading bowl and mix.

Let's add cocoa to it and continue mixing. Let's add flour, baking powder and vanillin in a controlled way and knead a soft dough.

Let's melt the chocolate in a bain-marie style.

Let's shape it by tearing pieces from the cookie dough and rolling them. I string the cookies we shaped on a baking sheet lined with greaseproof paper. Let's pour the melted chocolate on it with the help of a spoon.

Let's bake in a preheated 165 degree oven in a controlled manner.
