Beef Roll with Spinach and Cheese: A Classic That Never Fails 

This beef casserole combines the tenderness of ground beef with a juicy filling of spinach, mushrooms, and cheese. A complete dish that will fall in love with everyone at the table! 

Ingredients
For the scramble:
1 kg of ground meat 

2 eggs 

1 onion, grated 1
2 garlic cloves, chopped pic
1 teaspoon of salt de
1 teaspoon black pepper black 

1 teaspoon of pepper 

Fresh parsley, chopped to taste 

250 g spinach (fresh or frozen, drained well) 

200g fresh chopped mushrooms 

200g mozzarella cheese or grated parmesan 

For the sauce:
4 tablespoons of soy sauce 

2 tablespoons of tomato sauce 

1 teaspoon of mustard 

1 spoonful of honey 

Instructions
1. Prepare the meat mixture:
In a large bowl, mix the ground beef, eggs, grated onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, paprika and parsley. Mix well until you get a homogeneous mixture. 

2. Fill in the blanks:
On a sheet of paper film, spread the meat mixture into a rectangle.
Top with a layer of finely drained spinach, chopped mushrooms and grated cheese. 





3. Rolling up:
Use paper film to roll the meat from one end, forming a firm cylinder. Remove film and secure roll with kitchen floss. 

4. Prepare sauce and bake:
In a small bowl, mix the soy sauce, tomato sauce, mustard and honey.
Grease the surface of the roll with the sauce mixture. Place the roll in an oven fountain and cook at 180°C for 45-60 minutes, occasionally bathing it with the unplugged sauce. 

5. Rest and presentation:
Let the casserole rest for 10 minutes before slicing it into slices. Serve hot and enjoy
