No-Bake German Chocolate Cheesecake





Ingredients:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Pecan halves, for garnish
Directions:
1. Combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter in a medium bowl. Press this mixture into the bottom of a 7-inch springform pan and chill while you prepare the filling.
2. In a large mixing bowl, beat the cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add vanilla extract and sour cream, mixing until well combined. Gradually mix in melted chocolate until fully combined.
3. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the crust and spread evenly. Drizzle with caramel sauce, then sprinkle shredded coconut and chopped pecans on top.
4. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours or until firm.
5. Before serving, spread whipped topping over the cheesecake and garnish with chocolate shavings and pecan halves.
