Steak Fried Rice with Garlic Butter – A Foodie Journey
Ingredients (4 people):
2 beaten eggs 
3 finely chopped garlic cloves 
1 medium onion, chopped o
300 g beef steak, thinly sliced 
3 bowls of cooked rice (preferably cold) 3
2 c. with soy sauce soup oja
2 c. with butter soup sou
1 c. with vegetable oil soup 
1 c. Oyster sauce coffee (optional) d
1 carrot in small cubes 
2 green onions, chopped 
Salt & pepper to taste po
Preparation:
Cook the steak: Heat oil in a wok over high heat, sauté steak slices 2-3 minutes until golden brown. Make your reservations.
Preparing Garlic Butter: Melt the butter over soft heat, add minced garlic, and mix until a delicious flavor is cleared. Make your reservations.
Scrambled eggs: Quickly cook the scrambled eggs in the wok and reserve them.
Stir-fried vegetables: Add carrots and onion, simmer 3-5 minutes.
Fried Rice:. Incorporate the chilled rice and sauces, mix well until rice is hot and slightly golden brown.
Final assembly: Add the steak strips, eggs, and garlic butter. Mix gently to coat each ingredient.
