Air Fryer Stuffed Pickles 






Ingredients:

For the Stuffed Pickles:
• 8 large dill pickle spears (halved lengthwise & patted dry)
• 4 oz cream cheese (softened)
• ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
• 2 tbsp chopped cooked chicken or crispy onions (optional for extra flavor)
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp smoked paprika
• ½ tsp dried dill
• ½ tsp black pepper
For the Breading:
• ½ cup all-purpose flour
• 1 large egg (beaten)
• ¾ cup panko breadcrumbs
• ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
• ½ tsp salt
• ½ tsp black pepper
• ½ tsp cayenne pepper (optional for spice)
• Cooking spray
For Dipping (Optional):
• Ranch dressing
• Spicy mayo
• Garlic aioli
Directions:


• Cut pickles in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scoop out a little center for stuffing.
• Pat them dry with paper towels.

• In a bowl, mix cream cheese, shredded cheddar, garlic powder, smoked paprika, dried dill, and black pepper.
• Spoon or pipe the filling into the hollowed-out pickles.

• Place flour in one bowl, beaten egg in another, and mix panko, Parmesan, salt, black pepper, and cayenne in a third.
• Dip each stuffed pickle into flour, then egg, then panko mixture, pressing gently to coat.

• Preheat air fryer to 375°F (190°C).
• Arrange pickles in a single layer and spray lightly with cooking spray.
• Air fry for 8-10 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

• Let cool slightly and serve with ranch, spicy mayo, or garlic aioli for dipping!

For extra crispiness, freeze breaded pickles for 15 minutes before air frying!
