Crispy Parmesan Crusted Fish & Fries Recipe 


A golden, crispy fish fillet with homemade fries, served with a tangy mustard dip! Perfect for lunch or dinner.

Ingredients:
For the Fish:
4 white fish fillets (cod, tilapia, or haddock) 

1/2 cup breadcrumbs 

1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese 

1 tsp garlic powder 

1/2 tsp paprika 

1/2 tsp black pepper & salt 

1 egg, beaten 

2 tbsp olive oil 

For the Fries:
3 large potatoes, cut into fries 

1 tbsp olive oil 

1/2 tsp salt 

1/2 tsp paprika 

1/2 tsp garlic powder 

For the Dip:
1/4 cup mustard sauce (or honey mustard) 

1 tbsp mayonnaise 

1/2 tsp lemon juice 

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
Toss potato fries with olive oil, salt, garlic powder, and paprika.
Spread them on a baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through.

Mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Dip each fish fillet in the beaten egg, then coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat and cook fish for 3-4 minutes per side until crispy and golden brown.

Mix mustard, mayonnaise, and lemon juice in a small bowl.

Place crispy fish fillets on a plate with baked fries.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with mustard dip.
