80g melted butter
600g fresh cheese
100g sugar
2 eggs
200g mango puree

Prepare the biscuit base and refrigerate. 
Mix the cheese, sugar, and eggs. 
Add the mango puree and mix well. 
Pour over the base and bake for 50 minutes at 160°C.
