Mango Cheesecake

Ingredients:

200g biscuits

80g melted butter

600g fresh cheese

100g sugar

2 eggs

200g mango puree

Instructions:

Prepare the biscuit base and refrigerate.

Mix the cheese, sugar, and eggs.

Add the mango puree and mix well.

Pour over the base and bake for 50 minutes at 160°C.
