Mini Cannoli Cups
Ingredients:
- 1 package Wonton wrappers
- 1/2 cup Powdered sugar
- 1/2 tsp Vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup Mini chocolate chips
- Powdered sugar for dusting
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Press wonton wrappers into mini muffin tin to form cups.
3. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until golden brown.
4. In a bowl, mix Ricotta cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
5. Stir in mini chocolate chips.
6. Spoon mixture into cooled wonton cups.
7. Dust with powdered sugar before serving.
