Ingredients:

2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs
1/2 cup melted butter
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips, melted
1/2 cup caramel sauce
1/2 cup shredded coconut
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 (8 oz) container whipped topping
Chocolate shavings, for garnish
Pecan halves, for garnish

Directions:

In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs and melted butter, stirring until the mixture is evenly moistened. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to create the crust.
In a separate large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar with an electric mixer until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and sour cream, continuing to mix until fully incorporated.
Pour in the melted chocolate and stir until the batter is evenly blended.
Gently fold in the whipped topping, shredded coconut, and chopped pecans until combined.
Transfer the cheesecake mixture into the prepared crust, spreading it evenly with a spatula.
Drizzle the caramel sauce over the top, ensuring even coverage.
Cover the cheesecake and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
Before serving, garnish with chocolate shavings and pecan halves for an elegant finish.
