📝 Ingredients:

For the Crust:

✔ 1 ½ cups chocolate cookie crumbs (graham cracker or Oreo cookies work too)
✔ ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
✔ 1 tbsp sugar (optional)

For the Cheesecake Filling:

✔ 3 cups cream cheese (softened)
✔ 1 cup Nutella
✔ 1 cup sour cream
✔ ¾ cup powdered sugar
✔ 1 tsp vanilla extract
✔ 4 large eggs
✔ 1 tbsp all-purpose flour

For the Chocolate Ganache:

✔ ½ cup heavy cream
✔ 4 oz semisweet chocolate, chopped (or Nutella if preferred)

For the Toppings:

✔ 1 cup chopped pecans (toasted if preferred)
✔ ¼ cup caramel sauce
✔ Extra Nutella (for drizzling)

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

1️⃣ Prepare the Crust:

Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C).
In a mixing bowl, combine the chocolate cookie crumbs, melted butter, and sugar (if using). Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand.
Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan, and bake for 10-12 minutes. Set aside to cool while you make the filling.
