Strawberry Cheesecake Delight 


Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs

1/4 cup melted butter

2 cups fresh strawberries

1/4 cup sugar

2 cups cream cheese, softened

1 cup granulated sugar

3 large eggs

1 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 cup heavy cream

4 oz white chocolate, chopped

Fresh strawberries and white chocolate shavings for garnish


Directions:

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.

In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter until combined. Press into the bottom of the pan.

In a saucepan, cook strawberries with 1/4 cup sugar over medium heat until softened. Blend into a purée and let cool.

In a large bowl, beat cream cheese and granulated sugar until smooth. Add eggs one at a time, mixing well. Stir in vanilla extract.

Melt white chocolate, then slowly mix it into the batter along with the strawberry purée.

Pour the mixture over the crust and bake for 50–55 minutes until set. Let cool completely.

Heat heavy cream, then pour over chopped white chocolate to make a silky ganache. Spread over the cheesecake.

Garnish with fresh strawberries and white chocolate shavings. Chill for at least 4 hours before serving.
