Strawberry Dream Cake – A Celebration in Every Bite! 

This Strawberry Cake is a sweet, fluffy masterpiece that’s bursting with real strawberry flavor! Made with fresh strawberry purée, a soft and moist crumb, and a velvety buttercream frosting, it’s the perfect cake for birthdays, anniversaries, or just because you love strawberries! 
Ingredients
For the cake:
1 ½ cups (190g) all-purpose flour
1 ½ cups (300g) granulated sugar
1 ½ teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon salt
½ cup (120ml) unsalted butter, softened
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup (240ml) milk
1 cup (240ml) fresh strawberries, pureed
For the frosting:
1 cup (2 sticks) unsalted butter, softened
3 cups (360g) powdered sugar
¼ cup (60ml) milk or heavy cream
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Fresh strawberries for decoration
Instructions
Preheat & Prepare: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13-inch baking pan.
Mix Dry Ingredients: In a large bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
Cream Butter & Sugar: In a separate bowl, beat softened butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Beat in the eggs one at a time, then mix in the vanilla extract.
Combine Wet & Dry: Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, alternating with milk, beginning and ending with the dry mixture. Mix until just combined.
Fold in Strawberries: Gently stir in the strawberry puree until the batter is evenly pink.
Bake to Perfection: Pour batter into the prepared pan and bake for 30-35 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
Cool Completely: Let the cake cool in the pan before frosting.
