Baked Pizza Wraps
Ingredients:
4 large flour tortillas
1 cup pizza sauce
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup pepperoni slices
1/2 cup sliced black olives
1/2 cup sliced bell peppers
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Olive oil, for brushing
Directions:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Lay each tortilla flat on a clean surface. Spread about 1/4 cup of pizza sauce over the surface of each tortilla.
Sprinkle each with a generous amount of mozzarella cheese, then top with pepperoni slices, black olives, and bell peppers. Sprinkle Italian seasoning over the toppings.
Carefully roll up each tortilla tightly to enclose the fillings. Place the wraps seam-side down on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Brush the tops of the wraps with a little olive oil and bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes or until the tortillas are crispy and the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Let cool for a few minutes before slicing. Serve hot, sliced into pieces, alongside some extra pizza sauce for dipping.
