This loaded beef & cheese crunch wrap is a game-changer! Perfectly seasoned beef, melty cheese, fresh tomatoes, and crispy tortillas come together for the ultimate bite!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef 
1 packet taco seasoning 1/4 cup water 
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella 2 large flour tortillas 1/2 cup diced tomatoes 
2 tbsp fresh chopped cilantro 
1 tbsp butter or oil for toasting 
Instructions:
Cook the beef in a pan over medium heat until browned. Drain excess fat.
Add taco seasoning and water, stirring well. Let it simmer for 3-5 minutes.
Lay out flour tortillas and sprinkle a mix of cheddar & mozzarella on one side.
Add a generous amount of beef, diced tomatoes, and more cheese on top!
Fold the tortillas over the filling and press down gently.
Heat a pan with butter or oil, then toast the wraps for 2-3 minutes per side until crispy.
Slice in half, garnish with cilantro, and enjoy with salsa or sour cream!
