Ingredients:

Grilled chicken breast (1 large, diced)

Lettuce leaves (2 cups, chopped)

Cucumber (1, sliced)

Cherry tomatoes (1 cup, halved)

Red onion (1 small, thinly sliced)

Sweet corn (1/2 cup)

Avocado (optional, diced)

Dressing:

Greek yogurt (1/4 cup)

Lemon juice (1 tbsp)

Salt (to taste)

Paprika (1/4 tsp)

Garlic powder (1/4 tsp)

Instructions:

Grill the Chicken

Season the chicken breast with salt, paprika, and garlic powder.

Grill until fully cooked, then dice into bite-sized pieces.

Prepare the Vegetables
