๐Ÿฆž Grilled Lobster Tails with Garlic Butter

Ingredients:

6 lobster tails
1/2 cup (1 stick) butter, melted ๐Ÿงˆ
4 cloves garlic, minced ๐Ÿง„
1 tbsp lemon juice ๐Ÿ‹
1 tsp smoked paprika
1/2 tsp salt ๐Ÿง‚
1/2 tsp black pepper
1 tbsp chopped fresh parsley ๐ŸŒฟ
1 tbsp olive oil ๐Ÿซ’

1️⃣ Prepare the Lobster Tails
1. Using kitchen scissors, cut down the top shell of each lobster tail, stopping at the base.
2. Gently pull the meat out and rest it on top of the shell while keeping it attached at the base.
 
2️⃣ Make the Garlic Butter
1. In a bowl, mix melted butter, garlic, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and pepper.
2. Brush this mixture generously over the lobster meat.
 
3️⃣ Grill the Lobster
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (400°F / 200°C).
2. Brush the grill grates with olive oil to prevent sticking.
3. Place the lobster tails flesh-side down and grill for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred.
4. Flip them over, brush with more garlic butter, and grill for another 4-5 minutes until opaque and cooked through.
