Creamy Garlic Butter Salmon Pasta

**Ingredients :

- 2 salmon fillets cut into pieces
- 8 oz of fettuccine pasta
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 2 tablespoons of butter.
- 3 minced garlic cloves
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 1⁄2 cup grated parmesan
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of salt
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

**Directions :

1. Cook the pasta: boil the fettuccine according to package instructions. Drain it and put it aside.
2. Sear the salmon: Season the salmon pieces with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a frying pan and simmer salmon for 2-3 minutes on each side until crispy. Remove and set aside.
3. Make the creamy sauce: In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until just tender. Pour heavy cream, parmesan, lemon juice, and red pepper flakes. stir till smooth
4. Combine: Toss the cooked pasta in the sauce, then add the salmon on top.
5. Garnish and serve: sprinkle some fresh parsley and enjoy! 😊
