Easy Peanut Butter Brownie Ice Cream

Ingredients

- 1 box brownie mix

- 2 cups ice cream (vanilla or chocolate)

- 1/2 cup peanut butter

- 1/4 cup chocolate chips

- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)

- 1/4 cup hot fudge sauce (optional)

Directions:

1. Prepare the brownie mix according to the package instructions and bake in a greased baking dish. Let cool completely.

2. Once the brownies are cool, crumble them into small pieces and set aside.

3. In a large bowl, gently mix the ice cream with the peanut butter until well combined.

4. Fold in the crumbled brownies, chocolate chips, and chopped peanuts if using.

5. Pour the mixture into a freezer-safe container and freeze for at least 2-4 hours, or until firm.

6. Serve with hot fudge sauce if desired.
