Oceanic Land-Sea Burger

**Oceanic Land-Sea Burger 🍔🦐**

### 📝 **Ingredients**

- 600 g ground beef (for 4 steaks, about 150 g each)
- 300 g peeled shrimp (medium size)
- 4 burger buns (preferably brioche)
- 4 slices of cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato (sliced into rounds)
- 1 avocado or 1 cucumber (sliced into rounds, depending on your preference)
- 4 lettuce leaves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 garlic clove (chopped, or 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder)
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fries (homemade or frozen) to serve
- Optional: A little mayonnaise or tartar sauce for garnish

### 🍳 **Instructions**

**1. Season the Beef**

In a bowl, place the ground beef. Add salt and pepper, and gently mix to evenly distribute the seasoning. Form 4 regular-sized patties without pressing too hard to keep them juicy.

**2. Marinate the Shrimp**

In another bowl, mix olive oil, paprika, chopped garlic, lemon juice, a pinch of salt, and pepper. Add the peeled shrimp and toss to coat. Set aside in the fridge while preparing the rest.

**3. Cook the Steaks**

In a hot pan (or on a grill), cook the steaks over medium-high heat. Cook for about 3 to 4 minutes per side, depending on desired doneness. In the final minute, add a slice of cheddar cheese on top of each steak and let it melt.

**4. Sauté the Shrimp**

In another pan (or after cooking the steaks), sauté the marinated shrimp over medium heat. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes per side until just colored. Keep warm.

**5. Toast the Buns**

Open the burger buns and lightly toast the inside on a hot pan or in a toaster. This will add a slight crispness and prevent the bun from getting soggy.

**6. Assemble the Burger**

On the bottom half of each bun, spread a thin layer of mayonnaise or tartar sauce (optional). Add a lettuce leaf, a slice of tomato, and the cheddar-covered beef steak. Top with slices of avocado or cucumber, depending on your preference. Close with the top half of the bun.

**7. Serve with Shrimp and Fries**

Place the shrimp next to or on top of the burger for the ultimate "land-sea" effect. Serve with crispy fries on the side.
