**Ingredients**
- 400g crushed pineapple (with juice)
- 150g miniature marshmallows
- 240g whipped cream (like Cool Whip)
**Instructions**
1. In a large bowl, combine the coconut pudding mix and crushed pineapple (including the juice). Stir until well blended.
2. Gently fold in the whipped cream until fully incorporated.
3. Add the miniature marshmallows and mix carefully until evenly distributed.
4. Refrigerate for at least 1 hour before serving to allow it to set and chill.
5. Serve cold and enjoy!
