**Ingredients (2 servings):**

- 300g boneless chicken breast, diced
- 15g soy sauce
- 10g olive oil
- 15g honey
- 10g sriracha (adjust to taste)
- 5g garlic, minced
- 2g cornstarch
- Pinch of salt & pepper
**For the bowl:**
- 200g cooked jasmine rice
- 100g cucumber, sliced
- 100g carrot, shredded
- 50g red cabbage, thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
- Fresh coriander or spring onion for garnish

**Instructions:**
1. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, olive oil, honey, sriracha, garlic, cornstarch, salt, and pepper.
2. Add diced chicken and coat well. Let marinate for at least 15 minutes (or overnight).
3. Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cook chicken for 6–8 minutes until golden and cooked through.
4. Assemble the bowl: add a base of jasmine rice, then layer on veggies (cucumber, carrot, cabbage).
5. Top with the hot honey garlic chicken. Sprinkle sesame seeds and garnish with herbs.
