Baklava Bundt Cake
Baklava Bundt Cake 
Ingredients:
2 ½ cups all-purpose flour
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
½ tsp salt
1 tbsp ground cinnamon
1 tsp ground cardamom
1 cup unsalted butter, softened
1 cup granulated sugar
1 cup brown sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup Greek yogurt
1 cup chopped walnuts
½ cup chopped pistachios
½ cup chopped almonds
1 cup honey
¼ cup water
½ cup granulated sugar (for syrup)
1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a Bundt pan.
In a bowl, whisk flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, and cardamom.
In another bowl, cream butter with both sugars until fluffy.
Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla and Greek yogurt.
Gradually mix dry ingredients into wet until combined.
Fold in half the chopped nuts.
Pour batter into the pan, sprinkle remaining nuts on top.
Bake 50–60 minutes until a toothpick comes out clean.
Meanwhile, combine honey, water, sugar, and lemon juice in a saucepan. Simmer 10 minutes.
Pour warm syrup over cake after removing from oven. Let soak and cool before serving.
