When One Chocolate Just Isn’t Enough! 

Creamy, dreamy, and loaded with chocolate—this frozen treat is what cocoa cravings are made of!
Double Chocolate Ice Cream 
● 1 cup heavy cream
● 1 cup whole milk
● 1 cup granulated sugar
● ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
● ¼ cup Dutch-processed cocoa powder
● ½ tsp salt
● 1 tsp vanilla extract
● ½ cup chocolate chips
Instructions
1: Make the base – In a medium saucepan, whisk together cream, milk, sugar, both cocoa powders, and salt.
2: Heat it up – Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until it comes to a gentle boil.
3: Flavor it – Remove from heat and stir in the vanilla extract.
4: Chill – Let it cool completely, then refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
5: Churn – Pour the chilled mixture into your ice cream maker and churn according to the instructions.
6: Add chips – In the last few minutes of churning, toss in the chocolate chips.
7: Freeze – Transfer to a container and freeze for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
Tips for Next-Level Delight
– Swap whole milk with half-and-half for extra creaminess
– Mix in chopped nuts, crushed candy, or fresh fruit
– No ice cream maker? Whip the cream to stiff peaks, fold in the cooled chocolate base, and freeze!
