Tennis Biscuit & Condensed Milk Fridge Tart
Ingredients:
1 tin condensed milk (397g)
1 tin Nestlé dessert cream (290g)
125ml lemon juice
1 packet lemon jelly, dissolved in ½ cup boiling water and cooled
Instructions:
Arrange a layer of Tennis biscuits at the bottom of a rectangular dish.
Mix condensed milk, dessert cream, lemon juice, and cooled jelly until smooth.
Pour half over the biscuit layer, add another layer of biscuits, then pour the remaining mixture on top.
Top with crushed biscuits or lemon zest.
Chill overnight until set.
