* 50g powdered sugar
* 2 tbsp vegetable oil
* 100g finely ground pistachios
* 1 tbsp pistachio paste
* 180g all-purpose flour

1. In a bowl, mix the softened butter with powdered sugar until creamy.
2. Add the oil, ground pistachios, and pistachio paste. Mix well.
3. Gradually add flour and mix until a soft dough forms.
4. Shape the dough into balls, each weighing about 20g.
5. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
6. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (356°F) for 15 to 25 minutes, depending on your oven. The cookies should remain light in color.
7. Let them cool completely before decorating.
8. For decoration, add a dot of pistachio paste and drizzle with sweetened condensed milk.
**Note:**
You can buy ready-made pistachio paste or make it at home by toasting pistachios lightly, then blending them in a strong food processor until they release their natural oil and become a smooth paste — no need to add anything.
