Creamy Chicken Thighs with Egg Noodles 



Ingredients
For the Chicken:
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
For the Sauce:
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup chicken broth
1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/2 teaspoon paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
For the Noodles:
8 ounces egg noodles
Water (for boiling)
Instructions
Cook the Noodles:
In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add egg noodles and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Prepare the Chicken:
Season the chicken thighs with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through. Remove from skillet and set aside.
Make the Sauce:
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium. Add the chicken broth, scraping up any brown bits from the bottom of the pan.
Stir in the heavy cream, Dijon mustard, Italian seasoning, paprika, salt, and pepper. Let it simmer for about 3-4 minutes until slightly thickened.
Combine:
Return the chicken thighs to the skillet, along with the cooked egg noodles. Toss everything together until well coated in the sauce.
Serve:
