Mediterranean Burrata Board
Ingredients:

1 cup cherry tomatoes

1 cup cucumber slices
(120 g)
1/2 cup kalamata olives
(75 g)
1/4 cup marinated artichoke hearts
(60 g)
1/4 cup roasted red peppers, sliced
(60 g)
3 tablespoons olive oil
(45 ml)
1 small garlic clove, grated
1 teaspoon lemon zest
(2 g)
1 tablespoon chopped fresh basil or parsley
Directions:
Arrange burrata in the center of a large board or platter.
Scatter tomatoes, cucumbers, olives, artichokes, and red peppers around.
Stir olive oil, garlic, lemon zest, and herbs, drizzle over burrata and vegetables.
Serve with sliced baguette.
