How to make them
1. Prepare the Base:
Preheat oven to 180 C. Unroll one tube of crescent dough and press it evenly into the bottom of a lined baking pan.
2. Cheesecake Layer:
Beat cream cheese with half the sugar and vanilla until smooth and fluffy. Spread evenly over the dough.
Baker’s Tip: Make sure the cream cheese is fully softened for a silky layer with no lumps.
3. Top & Cinnamon Sugar:
Place the second layer of dough on top. Brush with melted butter, then sprinkle remaining sugar mixed with cinnamon generously over the surface.
4. Baking & Cooling:
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until puffed and deeply golden. Cool completely before slicing. Drizzle lightly with honey or caramel if desired.
