2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
1½ cups mushrooms, sliced
½ cup grated parmesan
3 eggs
½ cup cream
½ teaspoon paprika
½ teaspoon black pepper
Salt to taste

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease a baking dish.
Lightly sauté mushrooms until soft; let cool.
Combine chicken and mushrooms in a bowl.
Whisk eggs, cream, seasoning, and half the cheese.
Mix everything together and pour into the dish.
Top with remaining cheese.
Bake for 30–35 minutes until bubbly and lightly browned.
