CUSTARD BISCUITS

Ingredients:

• 250 g butter

• 3/4 cup icing sugar

• 1/2 cup cornstarch

• 3/4 cup custard powder

• 1 tsp vanilla essence

• 2 cups flour

Method:

1. Cream butter, icing sugar and cornstarch till nice and creamy.

2. Add custard powder and vanilla essence.

3. Add enough flour to make a soft dough .

4. Pipe with no 34 nozzle onto a baking sheet.

5. Sprinkle 100s 1000s over

6. Bake 140 for 10 minutes
