HOMEMADE SWEET CHILLI SAUCE
INGREDIENTS
10 finely chopped red chilli
100ml white wine vinegar
2 tablespoon corn flour
4 pinches salt
400ml water
200g crushed sugar
INSTRUCTIONS
Step 1
To make this delicious sweet chilli sauce, combine the red chillies, garlic, vinegar, salt and water in a blender. Blend these ingredients until smooth. If you want this dip to be high on spice quotient, then add red chilli flakes in the blender too and then blend all the ingredients.
Step 2
Now heat a pan over medium flame. Transfer the blended mixture in the pan and stir well. Simmer until it starts to boil and add the corn flour. Stir well until it starts to thicken. Remove the pan from flame and allow it to cool. Transfer to a clean, sterilized jar and use as needed. If you're planning to host a card party at home, then this sweet chilli sauce is perfect to pair with scrumptious snacks like french fries and chicken nuggets!
