Baked Crème Brûlée Donuts 
Ingredients:
Donuts:
2/3 cup sugar 

2 tsp baking powder 

1/4 tsp nutmeg 

2 eggs 

3/4 cup milk 

1/4 cup melted butter 

2 tsp vanilla extract 

Custard Filling:
1 cup heavy cream 

2 egg yolks 

1/4 cup sugar 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

Topping:
1/4 cup granulated sugar 

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) 

Mix dry donut ingredients in a bowl 

Whisk wet ingredients separately, then combine with dry 

Fill greased donut pan 3/4 full 

Bake 10-12 minutes, cool completely 

For custard, heat cream until simmering 

Whisk yolks, sugar, vanilla in separate bowl 

Slowly add hot cream to yolk mixture, whisking 

Return to pan, cook until thickened 

Cool custard completely 

Fill donuts with cooled custard 

Sprinkle sugar on top of donuts 

Use kitchen torch to caramelize sugar 

Let cool slightly before serving
