Ingredients (for 4 people)
Pour le Surf and Turf :
250 g of beef tenderloin (such as fillet or ribeye), cut into thin slices
250 g prawns peeled and cleaned
1 tablespoon of sesame oil or neutral oil
For the vegetables:
1 red pepper, cut into strips
1 brocoli, coupé en petites fleurettes
1 carrot, cut into thin rounds
1 zucchini, cut in half moon
2 cloves of garlic, minced
1 piece of fresh ginger (2 cm), grated
For the teriyaki sauce:
100 ml de sauce soja
2 tablespoons of honey or brown sugar
1 tablespoon of rice vinegar (or lemon juice)
1 tablespoon of cornstarch (diluted in 2 tablespoons of water)
1 tablespoon of mirin (optional)
1 tablespoon toasted sesame oil (for finishing)
To serve:
White rice or stir fry noodles
Roasted sesame seeds (for garnish)

Instructions
Prepare the ingredients:
Prepare teriyaki sauce: Mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, and mirin (if using) in a bowl. Add in diluted cornstarch and mix well. Make your reservations.
