Ingredients:

- 1 lime, juiced

For the mojo lime dipping sauce:
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons lime juice
- 1 clove garlic, minced
For the bowls:
- 1 cup cooked rice
Directions:
1. Prepare the turkey: In a bowl, combine the turkey, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, pepper, oregano, cumin, and thyme. Allow it to marinate for a minimum of 30 minutes or up to 2 hours for more flavor.
2. Cook the turkey: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Cook the turkey for about 2-3 minutes on each side or until it is thoroughly cooked.
3. Make the pico de gallo: In a separate bowl, mix the diced tomatoes, red onion, jalapeรฑo (if using), cilantro, lime juice, salt, and pepper. Toss everything together to combine.
4. Prepare the mojo lime dipping sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, lime juice, minced garlic, salt, and pepper until well blended.
