Ingredients:
For the Honey-Glazed Wings:
10-12 chicken wings
2 tbsp olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup honey

2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp paprika
Fresh parsley for garnish

For the Creamy Mac and Cheese:
2 cups elbow macaroni
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

1 cup milk
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp flour
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
For the Honey-Glazed Wings:
Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Toss chicken wings in olive oil, salt, and pepper. Place them on the baking sheet and bake for 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway, until crispy and golden.
While the wings are baking, prepare the glaze: in a small saucepan, combine honey, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and paprika. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally until it thickens (about 5 minutes).
Once the wings are done, toss them in the honey glaze until they are fully coated.
Garnish with fresh parsley and serve!
For the Creamy Mac and Cheese:
Cook macaroni according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large pot, melt butter over medium heat. Stir in flour to create a roux, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
Gradually whisk in the milk, bringing it to a simmer while stirring constantly.
Once the sauce thickens, reduce the heat and stir in the shredded cheddar and Parmesan cheese. Season with salt and pepper.
Add the cooked pasta to the sauce and mix until well coated. Serve hot!
Enjoy the perfect combo of crispy, honey-glazed wings and creamy mac and cheese!
