Step-by-Step Instructions


In a bowl, whisk together buttermilk and hot sauce.
Add the chicken and marinate for at least 1 hour, or overnight for more flavor.
In another bowl, combine flour, paprika, cayenne, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat oil in a deep fryer or large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Dredge chicken in the seasoned flour mixture, then fry for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally until golden brown and crispy.
Remove chicken and drain on a paper towel.

In a small saucepan, melt butter over medium heat.
