🍑🍰 Get ready to indulge in a heavenly fusion of flavors with this Peach Cobbler Cheesecake! 😋✨

Ingredients:

• 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
• 3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
• 1 cup granulated sugar
• 3 large eggs
• 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
• 2 cups canned peach pie filling
• 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
• Whipped cream, for topping

Directions:

. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch springform pan.
. In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press the mixture into the bottom of the prepared pan.
. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in vanilla extract.
. Pour half of the cream cheese mixture over the crust. Spoon half of the peach pie filling over the cream cheese layer. Sprinkle with half of the cinnamon.
. Repeat layers with remaining cream cheese mixture, peach pie filling, and cinnamon.
. Bake for 45-50 minutes or until the center is almost set. Let it cool on a wire rack for 10 minutes. Then run a knife around the edges to loosen the cheesecake from the pan. Cool for 1 hour longer. Refrigerate overnight.
. Serve chilled with whipped cream on top.
