Ingredients:
• 1 ½ cups of vegan graham cracker crumbs with Almond
• 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
• 1 cup of coconut cream
• ¼ cup of maple syrup
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• ½ teaspoon of salt
Directions:
. In a bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs and melted vegan butter until well combined.
. Press the mixture into the bottom of a pie dish to form the crust. Place it in the fridge to set while you prepare the filling.
. In another bowl, whisk together the peanut butter, coconut cream, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and salt until smooth and creamy.
. Pour the filling over the prepared crust and spread it out evenly.
. Chill the pie in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or until set.
