Ingredients:
For the Crust:
3 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
3 large eggs
1 cup sour cream
½ cup heavy cream
1 cup crushed Oreo cookies
For the Topping:
¼ cup chocolate sauce
Instructions:
Prepare the Crust:
Preheat your oven to 325°F (163°C).
In a medium bowl, mix the Oreo cookie crumbs and melted butter until the crumbs are fully coated.
Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form an even crust.
Bake for 8-10 minutes, then set aside to cool.
Make the Cheesecake Filling:
In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and sugar together until smooth and creamy.
Add the vanilla extract and mix until combined.
Beat in the eggs one at a time, mixing well after each addition.
Stir in the sour cream and heavy cream until the mixture is smooth.
Fold in the crushed Oreo cookies until evenly distributed throughout the batter.
Bake the Cheesecake:
Pour the cheesecake filling over the cooled crust, spreading it evenly.
Place the cheesecake in the preheated oven and bake for 55-65 minutes, or until the center is set but still slightly jiggly.
Turn off the oven and leave the cheesecake inside with the door slightly ajar for 1 hour to cool gradually.
Remove the cheesecake from the oven and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or until fully chilled and set.
Assemble the Tower:
Carefully remove the cheesecake from the springform pan and place it on a serving platter.
Drizzle the chocolate sauce over the top of the cheesecake in a decorative pattern.
