Ingredients

Chicken:

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (pounded to even thickness) 🍗
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon smoked paprika
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons olive oil

Parmesan Ranch Sauce:

1/2 cup ranch dressing 🥗
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1/4 cup shredded mozzarella cheese 🧀

Crispy Topping:

1/2 cup panko breadcrumbs
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted 🧈
1/4 teaspoon Italian seasoning 🌿

Instructions

Prepare the Chicken:

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a small bowl, mix garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Rub the spice mixture evenly over the chicken breasts.
Heat olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium heat. Sear the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from heat.

Make the Parmesan Ranch Sauce:

In a small bowl, mix ranch dressing, grated Parmesan, and shredded mozzarella.

Prepare the Crispy Topping:

In another bowl, combine panko breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan, melted butter, and Italian seasoning. Mix until crumbs are evenly coated.

Assemble the Chicken:

Spread a generous layer of the Parmesan ranch sauce over each chicken breast.
Sprinkle the crispy breadcrumb mixture evenly over the top.

Bake the Chicken:

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C) and the topping is golden and bubbly.

Serve & Enjoy:

Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
Tips:
For extra creaminess, drizzle a little melted butter over the breadcrumbs before baking.
