1 cup uncooked long-grain rice
2 cups chicken broth
2 cups cooked, shredded chicken
1 cup milk
1 can (10.5 oz) cream of chicken soup
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup sour cream
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika (optional)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional)

Preheat your oven to 350°F and grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
In a large bowl, combine uncooked rice and chicken broth. Stir in chicken, milk, cream of chicken soup, cheddar cheese, sour cream, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish, spreading it out evenly.
If using breadcrumbs, sprinkle them over the top.
Cover with foil and bake for 35 minutes.
Remove the foil and bake for another 10-15 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the top is golden.
Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
